1. os muçulmanos radicais, se conseguissem o seu intento, erradicariam do planeta quaisquer outras formas de cultura e vivência; "nós" não.

2. amanhã, vem o meu vizinho de baixo dizer "já não pago mais condomínio nem comparticipo em obras"; o resto da malta espeta-lhe com um advogado em cima porque há danos a reparar em partes comuns do prédio; o inquilino separatista começa a deitar baldes de dejectos, todos os dias, no vão da escada. Porque é livre e ninguém o pode obrigar, pela força, a seguir uma doutrina que ele não reconhece.

3. o terrorismo de Estado é indesculpável, mas NÃO VISA directamente as populações inocentes; os guerrilheiros separatistas, contudo, utilizam muitas vezes a plebe como escudo humano. E assumamos por um instante que a Tchechenia tem razão. Que é exercido um jugo repressor, desumano, insustentável, por parte dos russos. Em Timor, não havia algo semelhante? Veio o Matan Ruak para Jakarta mandar putos pelo ar? Veio o Xanana? Com o dinheiro que se gastou no atentado, fazia-se facilmente chegar às Nações Unidas um Ramos-Horta qualquer, com provas, com voz, e com razão. Até através dos estados árabes "aliados" da Tchetchenia.

Mas não. Junta-se o útil ao agradável e mandam-se pessoas pelo ar.

No dia em que mataram as crianças o céu sobre a minha casa era roxo de dor. Havia hematomas nas nuvens como na garganta das mães que carpiam, como nos punhos dos pais, pais como eu, pais como o meu, que esventrados urravam para dentro o torpor da morte completa. No dia em que mataram as crianças, houve gente que nem assim acordou do estupor. Mas o céu sobre a minha casa era cinzento e pesado com as chamas deste nojo de ser gente. No dia em que mataram as crianças, não verti lágrimas senão por um instante, e mais não sei, e mais não achei. Não vou privar-me de nada. Não sofrerei por nenhum deles, não ficarei nem uma hora, nem uma noite no meu canto por eles. Viverei. Arderei. Cada trago deste vinho será uma onda no rio que leva a minha raiva, e cada naco deste pão será uma rocha onde me acoitarei, seguro, sereno, e ai destas mãos, que a poderem, trabalharão cada minuto e cada légua para que se saiba que no dia em que mataram as crianças, para mim foi claro que devo estimar a vida; que devo amar-me e aos meus, e nós não somos como eles, e também há mães que não geram crianças. Queria responder sem cortes ao comentário da minha querida sócia, conviva e co-forense Isabel, e como tal aqui fica o post... :)




Nunca poria tal hipótese salvo nas circunstâncias bem previstas pela actual Lei.

A questão tem de ser vista conexa com as que a antecedem e sucedem, respectivamente a prevenção e o pós-traumático. Ora,

Começando pelo fim não podemos assumir que todas ou sequer uma maioria de mulheres padeceria de peso na consciência por realizar um aborto; mais,

Não existe em Portugal e no cidadão médio a qualificação cultural, humana e académica, que permita àquele(a) ajuizar com boa fé e valor lúcido o erro em que incorre e as consequências do mesmo,

Isto dito do acto de engravidar, tal como do aborto em si.

Mais ainda se sabe que o Português é por norma irresponsável, libertino, rude e pouco preocupado com a segurança dos seus pares, o que se atesta pelos índices de criminalidade violenta, morte nas estradas, burla, fraude, impunidade institucional e demais agressões ao Estado de Direito.

É líquido daqui admitir que somente uma pequena fracção das mulheres sofreriam psicologicamente com um aborto.

Comentando a tentativa de conferir, ao comum dos mortais, poderes de clarividência quanto aos anos vindouros do nascituro, será no mínimo inconsciente assomar com tal hipótese, dado que, quem engravidou sem querer, nem sequer foi capaz de prever esse mesmo evento, quanto mais preveria algo tão imponderável como (em potencial) cem anos de uma vida que não lhe pertence. Em política seria quase demagógico aventar tal coisa.

É mais ou menos isto, para já...

Resta reafirmar que o dever para com aqueles que por nós vieram, e de nós se fizeram, se sobrepõe de forma irrecorrível à nossa própria comodidade, desejos e projectos.
